The cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard but retains many original features such as beamed ceilings, deep-set cottage windows and original Victorian tiled floors. Entrance around the back. Modern, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Lounge with large wood-burner.

Separate dining room. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. Ample storage. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Services:
Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Colour TV with SKY and DVD, radio/CD player. Oil-fired central heating - no extra charges for fuel or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided.

A welcome pack is set for your arrival. Non-smokers only. One dog is welcome but must be kept on a lead outside because there are farm animals about. Patio with garden furniture. Large enclosed mature garden.

Ample parking in the drive that leads up to the cottage. There are stabling facilities for horses. Collect your own fresh eggs! There is a very nice farm shop in Newlands Farm opposite. The farmhouse also does B & B.

About the Cottages

This old stone farm building has been converted into three beautiful cottages. They are situated on a working farm in the rural village of Cloughton, only five miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have been completely rebuilt inside and have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and cottage windows. The cottages are on the edge of a courtyard with a small farm shop, tea garden, aviary and children's play area. Fabulous views of the sea in the distance.
